Indian Institute of Freight Forwarders (IIFF) has announced that it had
signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with International Maritime Business
Academy (IMBA) recently to offer its IIFF-FIATA Diploma in Logistics, Shipping
and Freight Forwarding.
Under the MoU, IMBA will provide IIFF Diploma courses at its institute as
well as online. A salient feature of this collaboration is that it will allow
students from Uttarakhand and other Northern parts of India to take the quality
Diploma course in Logistics, Shipping and Freight Forwarding offered by IIFF.

IIFF offers its Diploma program through an online platform, beneficial for
students interested in learning about the freight forwarding, logistics and
shipping industry.
Indian Institute of Freight Forwarders was founded by Late Mr Mayur C.
Contractor who had visualized the need for a formal training centre to develop
skills and imbibe professionalism in the shipping and freight forwarding
industry.
IIFF is the training
arm of the Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI)
IIFF is the training arm of the Federation of Freight Forwarders’
Associations in India (FFFAI) and has been conducting training for sharing
knowledge and developing skills since the last decade. It was established in
2005 by FFFAI and is the only authorised institute in India offering an
internationally recognised course in freight forwarding. The course is
validated by FIATA. Successful students get an IIFF certificate as well as a
globally recognised FIATA certificate, said a release. |
