India's Crude Oil output down 5.4% in July

India's Crude Oil production in July fell 5.4% from a year earlier to 2.90 million tonnes, while Natural gas output was down 5% at 2.71 billion cubic metres, provisional data issued by the government showed.
India's Crude Oil production during July, 2018 was 2.9 million tonnes, which is 6.66% lower than target and 5.39% lower when compared with July, 2017.
Cumulative Crude Oil production during April-July, 2018 was 11.7 million tonnes which is 2.8% lower than target for the period and 3.16% lower than production during corresponding period of last year.
Natural Gas production during July, 2018 was 2713.52 MMSCM (Million Metric Standard Cubic Meter) which is 9.73% lower than the target for the month and 5.08% lower when compared with July, 2017.
Cumulative Natural Gas production during April-July, 2018 was 10782.35 MMSCM which is 7.69% lower than target for the period and 1.23% lower than the production during corresponding period of last year.

Refinery output gained 9 percent to 22.41 million tonnes.
