February’18, India is the hot-spot of digital innovation across all sectors.
Inaugurating the World Congress on Information Technology at Hyderabad through
video-conferencing from Mysuru, Mr Modi said, India not only possesses a
growing number of innovative entrepreneurs, but it also has a growing market
for tech innovation.
He said, Digital India has not remained merely a government initiative but has
become a way of life.

is one family, is deeply imbibed in Indian philosophy which reflects the
country's inclusive traditions. He said, in the 21st century, technology is

AIR correspondent reports that over 2,000 delegates including heads of IT
majors, visionaries, Government leaders and academia from 30 countries are
taking part in the Congress being held in India for the first time.
The event has been organised by the World Information Technology and Services
Alliance while the National Alliance of Software and Services Companies and the
Telangana state are jointly hosting the event.
