workshop on ‘Marine Cargo Claims and Documentation’ is set to organised by
Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 9th August at
Mumbai. Marine Claims Settlement is the most important thing is the collation
of various shipping and insurance papers. This session aims to assist
participants to understand in-depth analysis of cargo claims and
documentations. It shall answer the following key question viz., What are the
procedures and formalities to claim Marine Insurance? How can you ensure that

Corporation of India and was in command of Cargo ships and Bulk Carriers.
Thereafter, he joined Tata Tea Ltd. and was promoted as General Manager,
looking after their Lloyd’s Agency Division.

Shipping and has passed Associateship Examination conducted by Association of
Average Adjusters – United Kingdom. He has passed with distinction Diploma in
P&I insurance conducted by South Tyneside College –England. He is a Fellow
