Expressing concern over infrastructure
projects that have been languishing for decades due to lack of sensible,
data-based integrated planning, Mr Goyal pointed out that PM Gati Shakti was a
simple, elementary, logical and rational tool to address these issues. He also
noted that every part of government had contributed towards the realisation of
PM Gati Shakti, making it a fine example of the whole of government approach.
The seminar discussed inter-governmental
collaborative approach on co-creation and sharing of infrastructure across
multiple sectors, multilateral approach to creation and feasibility of
infrastructure sharing in telecom, and power sector possibilities and
challenges, among other topics of relevance, said a release.
