container handling port
of central investments came to JNPT port in Maharashtra when Mr Nitin Gadkari
was the Shipping Minister during the last government. Mr Gadkari also took
steps to set up another Greenfield port at Dahanu in his home state of
Maharashtra. JNPT has emerged in the last five years the largest container handling
port in the country.
